Darby and His Crew Star in Winter-Themed Photo Session Part Two

With temperatures dropping this past weekend, the shelter dogs decided to show off their coziest looks yet for another winter-themed photo session – even Darby rocked a scarf this time. Two new snowflake-embellished backdrops gave the photo barn a seasonal flair, while the canines revealed their unique personalities. Curious what that looked like? Check out the photos below!

Hawkeye

First up was Hawkeye, who opted for the famous red scarf that has been a go-to for many other canine models over the past few weeks. It’s all about how you wear it though, right? And Hawkeye knew how to make the look his own. Seriously, one a scale of 1 to 10, how adorable is he?!

Bruce

Energetic Bruce also picked the red scarf and chose a teddy bear with a matching red bow to pose with him. He knows that… to find his forever human, he needs to stand out. Is it working? On a side note: Bruce is an avid enjoyer of ear rubs.

Bella

Princess-like Bella made the bold choice of wearing a different accessory than everyone else and dressed up in a pink infinity scarf. Then she used our photo session to show off her sweet and cuddly side.

Jewel

Precious Jewel (see what I did there) took to the photo barn to set herself apart with her tomboy-like attitude and repertoire of ear acrobatics.

Cowboy

Cowboy thought the best way to show his potential as a couch-warming cuddler was to use his skills during our photo session, and so he enjoyed belly rubs and cuddles while posing with the canines’ favorite red-bow-wearing teddy bear.

Darby

Handsome Darby already had a photo session a few weeks ago, but he still hasn’t been adopted – can you believe it?! So, he decided to give it another try and show off his charming smile and stunning sitting pose once again… this time accessorizing with the popular red scarf.

If any of these canines spark your interest, they’re waiting for their forever homes at the Weatherford Parker County Animal Shelter.
